On November 5, 2008 the Belle Meade Association Board implemented a new policy effective December 1, 2008. Any and all HOA dues paid after the 6th of the month with access a $20.00 late fee.

The next Homeowner Association meeting will be held on Tuesday November 18, 2008 at 6:30 PM. Please come ready with any topics you wish to discuss.
If you have any Holiday entertaining with need for the Clubhouse this upcoming Holiday Season, please make reservations early to get the desired dates you require.
The Garden Club had a successful first year. Alot of produce was harvested from the 14 different garden plots inspite of the damaging weather in the early planting stage. It is our hope next year will have an increase in success.

We’ve encountered a minor setback in the operation of the south gate with the keypad. The south gates will remain open until the problem is solved. A new modem is being ordered for a better communiction between the computer and the keypad. The north gate is still operational. It is closed at all times, it takes a remote to enter the north gate. To exit the north gate, pull up close to the gate and the sensor in the pavement lets the gate know to open up. When using the remote you must be at least as close as the curb on the street before it will open. The closer the better. Depress the right button ( for the north gate, the left button for the south gate), on the remote for approximately one second and wait for the gate to open. Pushing the button too long or more then once tells the gate to open and close. It takes time for gate to receive the signal to open. It operates much the same as a garage door opener. Please be patient in the operation of the gates, and it will go much more smoothly for you. Continental Fire and Sprinkler Company will be conducting the annual inspection on the fire sprinkler system on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 9:00 AM. The test will last for apprx. 3 hrs. During this time you may hear the fire alarm while the system is being tested.

The gates will start operation on October 27, 2008. The office is in the process of passing out remotes and gate operation information sheets. It’s our desire to have all remotes passed out by Friday, October 24 , 2008. One remote will be passed out per unit. Additional remotes can be purchased for $ 35.00 each. The code for the gate keypad on the south entrance will be the same as the 5 digit code you use for your building access. Any questions can be directed to the office at 934-8340. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The pool is officially closed as of today, October 7, 2008.
