Auto-pay from your bank account for HOA dues can be set up by contacting the office.
Clubhouse reservation and use requires a $150 damage deposit, which is refundable. Clubhouse maximum occupancy is 42 people. The Clubhouse is for resident use only.
Property speed limit is 10 mph, please comply.
The office has received complaints about slamming doors. When entering and exiting your condo, please do so softly as not to disturb your neighbors and damage your door.
If you have an animal, please dispose of animal waste properly. Three waste stations located on property.
A meeting by the Board of Directors approved the following, affecting the pool policies here at Belle Meade. Only 2 guests per resident allowed in pool area. Residents must be present with guests in pool area. No boom boxes, stereos, music, etc. allowed in pool area. For those residents having more than 2 guests, they can reserve the clubhouse for use.
7-1 & 2: Drywall contractor here to repair drywall damage due to heavy rain storms and leakage.
7-8: Lightning strike during storm strikes Bldg. # 2 and takes out fire panel. OPPD surge protection on power lines, lightning entered by another route, either phone line or sprinkler system. Fire Alarm Co.notified and suggested surge protectors on fire panels. Getting bid.
7-13: Painter started work on painting entrance gates white, for better night time visibility.
7-14 & 15: Parking lot striping scheduled.
7-14: Damaging thunderstorm struck area and left its mark on Belle Meade. Bldg.# 1 got struck by lightening, causing the fire alarm to be set off. Fire Dept. responded. Continental Fire Alarm notified and alarm silenced. Damage in the swimming pool area was caused when the gas grill was blown into the pool. The pool needed to be drained to get the grill out. The grill had to be hauled away. The pool was then refilled and the water had to be treated for the damage caused by debris. This process took 3 days.
7-15: Continental Alarm Co. here to repair damaged fire panel from thunderstorm.
7-16: Painter here touching up hallway walls.
7-19: Locksmith called to repair north entry door on Bldg. # 1. New electronic strike plate had to be ordered. Job completed on Monday, July 26th. Also replaced broken door latch on Bldg. # 3.
7-19: Exercise equipment repair company called out to repair equipment in fitness center.
7-20: Gravel rock hauled in for parking lot spot on south side of Bldg. #3.
7-22: Handyman Don here to do maintenance, repair work. Caulked leaking windows in Bldg. # 3. Changed furnace filters on hallway and clubhouse AC units. Trimmed bush that was rubbing against heat pump. Did repair work on north gate. Received bid from Continental Fire Alarm Co. for surge protection on fire alarm system.
7-23: Went to Leslie’s Pool Supply store to get advice on pool algae problem. Told the sand in filter needed to be changed. Got chemicals to clean filter and adjust pool chemistry levels.
7-26: After vigorously attacking algae problem in pool over the weekend, pool water clear and blue. Carpet cleaning company here to spot clean problem areas in building entryways.
7-27: Fire extinguishers recertified by Cont. Fire Alarm Co. as per state requirements. Weeds sprayed on property.
7-28: Repairman here to fix malfunctioning north gate. Found the gate had been struck by a car, bending the gate. Recommended American Fence for further gate repair. Gate being left open to prevent further damage. MUD called to investigate report of natural gas smell in pool area. Found minute traces of gas. Recommended calling plumber to test gas line to gas grill and pool heater line. Found wet carpet in clubhouse, determined the cause was the leaking ice machine. All Appliance Co. called for repairs.
7-30: Southside plumbing here to test gas line in pool area. Found no leak in line, capped line for safety reasons and suggested calling MUD to test again for gas leak. MUD notified.
